NATIONAL SCRAPBOOKING DAY MAY 3rd
| Happy Mother's Day to all of those very deserving Mum's out there. I hope you all have a wonderful day on the 11th and get spoiled with some breakfast in bed and lots of hugs and kisses from the kids. Don't forget to whip out the camera and get a few happy snaps while you're at it! But who among us needs to be reminded to take photos?! | It's been another very busy time in our forum of late. We have so many competitions and challenges running at the moment that it's hard to keep up with them all! This year's major competition, Scraptacular 2008, is in it's final stages with the overall winner due to be announced on Wednesday May 7th. Scraptacular 2008
Join us in our

We are almost to the end of this mammoth competition, with

A number of our members have made their first ever artist trading cards during a
swap and have fallen in love with these dainty little works of art.

Lianne has used the patterned paper from this pack to great effect. Not only has she used one piece to form a four-sided border around the other, but she has also used some of it to create a strip journaling effect down the right-hand side of the layout. Can't you just smell that coffee brewing? |

Our Off the Page girls were given the
task of creating miniature albums with the May Design Team pack.
This month's O.T.P. Pack contains two sheets of white chipboard, two sheets of
beautiful Creative Imaginations patterned papers, ribbon and co-ordinating

Beccy has used this month's pack to create this gorgeous little purse as a Mother's Day gift for her Mum. The cover was cut from the chipboard, while the patterned papers and the flowers were used to decorate the inside pages. |
